आज हमारा देश मना रहा है अपना 69वां गणतंत्र दिवस यानि 69th Republic Day. जब भी गणतंत्र दिवस का उल्लेख होता है, मैं यह थोड़ी निराशा के साथ कहूंगी की हममें से बहुत से ऐसे हैं जो इस दिन को मनाने का उद्देश्य भी नहीं जानते हैं। For Indians, Republic day is synonymous with the Republic Day parade that happens every year at India Gate in the capital.  But, that's not it. गणतंत्र दिवस वह दिन है जब भारत का संविधान (26 जनवरी, 1950) अस्तित्व में आया, जो की एक स्वतंत्र गणराज्य बनने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बना। वह विधान, कानून या सिद्धांत जिसके अनुसार किसी राज्य, राष्ट्र या संस्था का संघटन, संचालन तथा व्यवस्था होती है, उसे संविधान कहा जाता है। जब भी हम किसी काम की सराहना करते हैं तो अक्सर उस कार्य को करने वाले शख्स की तारीफ करना भूल जाते हैं। भारत के सराहनीय संविधान को ध्वजांकित करने में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है डॉ बी.आर. अम्बेडकर का। This Republic Day, let's try something different.
