Here goes: BROCCOLI Origin: Italian •  It's a plant with leafy stalks and clusters of usually green buds are eaten as a vegetable. Broccoli यानि हरी फूलगोभी एक बहुत ही पौष्टिक सब्ज़ी है जिसे अक्सर pasta बनाते समय इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। LETTUCE Origin: French • Leaves of any of various plants of Lactuca sativa. इस  पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी का प्रयोग ज़्यादातर सलाद बनाने में किया जाता है। CUCUMBER Origin: Anglo-French • A fleshy fruit that belongs to the gourd family. Cucumber यानी खीरा/ककड़ी का सेवन सलाद के रूप में किया जाता है। JALAPENO Origin: Mexican Spanish • Hot green or red pepper that comes from the south-western United States and Mexico. Jalapeno का प्रयोग ज़्यादातर pizza topping में किया जाता है । ONION Origin: Middle English/ French • We all are familiar with this kitchen item but still pronounce it wrong.  CHIPOTLE Origin: Mexican Spanish • It's a ripe jalapeno that has been dried for use in cooking. Chipotle का प्रयोग तीखे व्यंजन बनाने में किया जाता है। PARSLEY Origin: Middle English • It's an aromatic herb with flat or crinkly leaves. Parsley का प्रयोग किसी dish को garnish करने यानी सजाने के लिए किया जाता है। ZUCCHINI Origin: Italian • This healthy vegetable is a part of Squash family.
